Returns, Exchange & Cancellation
- We accept the return of our product till 14 days from when you received your parcel. But we need the proper reason behind why you want to return or refund.
- After knowing your reason we can change ourselves if there are any mistakes from our side and make ourselves more perfect.
- Your suggestion means a lot for us.
- Your request is in queue, maybe it will take some time for accepting your request and you can contact our supporting team.
- We will try our best to pick up our best courier partner and if this is not possible then we can request you to send the courier to our address and we will give you the courier's charge upto 120 Rs.
- First you need to send us the courier receipt to our email and try to cooperate with the courier service provider.
- If you buy our product by using any discount & promo code we are able to refund you only an adjusted amount.
- The shopping charge won’t be refunded; you can see the shipping charge in the bill or invoice.
- Those items which are on sale won’t be refunded.

Policy: 60 days. For whatever reason. Unused, undamaged and unwashed with tags in original packaging. Products bought under any special offer are only eligible for an exchange (product should be of the same or higher value). Refunds or conversions to Store Credits are not applicable for special offers.
Process: Request. Confirm. Handover. All India shipments include a return shipping label.

WHY 60 DAYS?
Because sometimes one month flies too fast.
We include a pre-paid return label in all our shipments to make it easy for you. Generate a request, specify a convenient pick up date, and we will manage the rest.
If you find any problems with your Blackcandy article or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange the article up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
We will only accept articles that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags still attached. Otherwise we may not accept the returns and send it back to the customer.
For all accepted returns, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days, offer store credits or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer.
Only eligible for the article purchased, not any packaging or gift or free items included by us.
The easiest way to return or exchange is to generate a request from our website. For transactions made by signed-in customers, you can go to "My Orders" under the "My account" menu. For guest order transactions, visit the Track Your Order page. You will need to enter your Order ID and the email address given in the order.
You can also call or write to us if you need any assistance or if you find that more convenient.
We are not able to cancel orders once they are collected by our delivery partners. If so, the order can be cancelled only after receipt of delivery by the customer. For all accepted cancellations, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days, offer store credits or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer.
Please inform our customer care department in the event any articles are delivered without tags. Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.
