4.1. We will make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated delivery times, but delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
4.2. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
4.3. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5.1. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
5.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
5.3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
5.4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
6.1. Black Candy provides a one-year limited warranty on the Digital Wine Aerator from the date of purchase.
6.2. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
6.3. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
